The Management Team has responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business and the execution of the Group's strategy.

This team is tasked with the practical delivery of the Group's objectives. Each focuses on a specific area of the Group's performance, assumes responsibility for a particular portfolio, and is accountable to the Company for delivery of these goals. At ConeXus World we are proud of our heritage in the Information Technology Business both as a team as well as each individual. Our Management team has been working in so many diverse environments over the last decade(s), carrying leadership & experts roles while added extensive insight and experience to each individual's knowledge. Troy
Richard Mills
President & CEO

Richard Mills has more than 25 years of leadership experience guiding top-tier technology companies. An accomplished corporate strategist and turnaround executive, his vision and expertise in business performance have driven notable enterprise growth in the technology, service, and telecommunications sectors. His achievements have been featured in Inc. magazine as well as other media.

His strategic approach to building a business is reflected most recently in his work as President of Beacon Enterprise Solutions Group, a technology systems integrator focused on infrastructure products and services. His turnaround capability is highlighted by his accomplishments as President & CEO of Sarcom, where he led a $900MM distressed company to profitability through major shifts in strategy and operations. And finally, as Chief Operating Officer of Pomeroy, A $700MM technology company where his focus on product-line mix and expense management delivered impressive bottom-line results.

Currently as the President & CEO of ConeXus World, his focus is helping global clients improve the implementation of technology solutions in all regions of the world. In addition, ConeXus World is the only digital signage integration company with a global footprint.

He also served on the Board of Directors Pomeroy, G.O Ministries, Sarcom, and other business entities.

 
Greet
Greet Verellen
Vice President Business Development and Europe

Greet Verellen joins Conexus World as a leading executive in New Business Development and Sales for international markets, with special focus on Europe.

Greet has more than 20 years of progressively responsible experience being executive for national companies, directing Sales teams and heading international sourcing projects with budgets varying from $1MM to $300MM. She has worked closely with many leading sales forces such as IBM, HP, Xerox and Cisco.

Her accomplishments in all aspects of IT Services Provisioning ranging from business planning, financial forecasting, resource allocation, selling and sourcing while applying strong skills in data-driven, long-term strategic planning were fully recognized and awarded by her peers and leadership and were substantiated in great business results. For one : In her first year as a Business Executive (2000) she grew the firm revenue by $200 M or + 100 %.

Prior to joining ConeXus World Greet was a Vice President for Beacon Solutions where she led corporate business development through start-up in Europe, providing the new local teams with superior leadership during critical transition phases, including opening local offices, hiring professional and technical staff, writing business plans and installing effective management procedures. She was also actively involved in exploring joint venture opportunities in the new region.

From 2006 through 2009 Greet served as Manager of Strategic Sourcing Europe, Middle-East and Africa for Johnson and Johnson, leading ITS related projects in the region with a total budget in excess of $ 400 million. In addition Greet was an integral member of the Corporate Strategic Sourcing team (New Brunswick, US) and managed several worldwide strategic projects for Johnson and Johnson Corporate. During that time she was acknowledged by the Silver Encore Award in recognition of special achievement JNJ Consumer - Pfizer Consumer Integration.

Previous to this, Greet held various positions as Director of Sales, Manager of Technical Operations and Back-office.
Greet holds a Master in Economics. She is fluent in several European languages and able to conduct business in culturally different environments.

Troy Walls
Vice President Operations

As the Vice President of Operations for ConeXus World, Troy's focus is to effectively produce a global technology workforce that provides top level service utilizing the skills and convenience of the best local resources combined with international support allowing the client to communicate directly with ConeXus World for a level of service that is truly world class.

Troy has more than 15 years of management experience with over 10 years in the communication and technology sectors. He has a wide array of experience in the customer service, managed service, entertainment and manufacturing environments around the world having managed teams in the U.S. as well as Europe and Asia.

Among some of the notable projects that Troy has been integrally involved with are The Muhammad Ali Center in Louisville KY – network cabling and A/V systems, Belterra (OH) and French Lick Casino and Resorts (IN) – network cabling, surveillance and video display systems, Beacon Solutions EMEA – roll out of the European documentation effort for a major pharmaceutical companies complete Layer one infrastructure, Jideco (Japan / KY) – created and implemented corporate employee training practices and systems for over 1000 employees in the US and Japan.

His management skills reflected most recently in his work as Technical Documentation Manager and interim Director of Engineering in Europe for Beacon Enterprise Solutions Group, a technology systems integrator focused on infrastructure products and services. Other key positions recently held are General Manager for Blue Grass Entertainment and Exposition Complex LLC and Infrastructure and Service Manager for Strategic Communications.
